Rosemary has two sons, two grandsons (16 and 2) and one granddaughter (10). My wonderful companion since the death of my husband last year is my six year old "Golden Mutt" Wendy.
After working as a program director for the Dairy Council, Inc., in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, Rosemary moved to Orlando, Florida to set up the Dairy and Food Nutrition Council of Florida. She has served in almost every office in her unit of United Methodist Women and served as District Secretary and Vice President. She has been Conference Social Action Mission Coordinator for the past 4 years. She is Secretary of the JFON board in her area and Vice President of the United Methodist Cooperative Ministries/Suncoast. Because of her work as Social Action Coordinator, she has been very involved with the Clearwater Task Force against Human Trafficking as a facilitator and speaker. When she was invited to a seminar in Atlanta on Human Trafficking she was shocked by the statistics and how little she knew about this crime. Even though she has served as Conference Social Action for 4 years and must move on to another office in the organization, she will continue to be an advocate for victims trapped in this heinous crime.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27
